Doctor Goyal is a serial entrepreneur that has started businesses across several sectors including Healthcare, Restaurant and Hospitality, and Real Estate to name a few outside of the Biotech sector. In prior lives, Dr Goyal has held progressive management positions within organizations such as Abbott, J&J, IBM and Boston Scientific to name a few. He has a true passion for being the best at whatever he does and constantly thinks outside the box to engineer a solution, better than ever existed. His guidance, vision and leadership has been paramount in Human Bees’ continued success.
Mr. Piyaratna is responsible for oversight, performance, and P&L of all operations functions. He is a business management professional with 15+ years of experience in the life science and high tech fields. Ranil has extensive experience in scaling high-growth companies on to mergers and acquisitions. His versatile experience, strong leadership skills and tenacity to deliver has enabled him to provide incredible value in every endeavor. Ranil holds a B.S. in Biology from University of California, Davis and has a Professional Masters of Biotechnology, MBT (MS/MBA) from San Jose State University.
A global leader in staffing operations and business development, Kelly Gutilla has spent the last two decades building, optimizing and empowering teams to deliver exceptional talent, and came to Human Bees after heading up all talent acquisition with Verily Life Sciences, an extension of Alphabet / Google. Passionate about career development, his expertise has allowed Human Bees to mature into a national and global competitor within the contingent workforce space.
Mr. Clark has spent over 10 years in the Human Capital Solutions business, partnering with start-ups to Fortune 500 companies to achieve business goals through consulting & workforce solutions. He has had consistent success growing business divisions particularly in the built environment and manufacturing industries. In addition to his years of experience, he takes great pride in developing internal teams, delivering on client expectations and driving the company brand. His past industry experience includes starting a recruiting agency, working for a tier one consulting firm and launching new business units in recruiting organizations.
Since joining Human Bees in 2019, Eileen has overseen and executed some of the Hive’s largest corporate initiatives. With a deep background in change management, Eileen is passionate about helping executives turn their visions into reality, and she has spent her career guiding organizations through the transition from startup into mid-sized company. Eileen holds a degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and considers herself a forever-learner, always looking for opportunities to optimize, add value, and further develop herself and her teams. When she’s not building new programs here at the Hive, you can find her spending time with her three beautiful children!
